St James Quay is a landmark development located off Barrack Street in Norwich. The development consists of apartments and houses. ATF Screeds have installed 6500m2 of Gyvlon Eco with a mixture of PIR insulation and Yelofon HD10. With our new BREMAT S4.15 the project has been a success with plenty of time saved on program.

Poppy Meadows is a new Extra Care scheme located in Didcot. ATF Screeds installed 6650m2 of Traditional Sand & Cement Fibre Screed on a mixture of Insulation and Yelofon HD10. The program was demanding, it required our contracts manager to carefully coordinate with other trades on site. The project was delivered on time with no defects.

A new multi-million pound community hospital in Cinderford. ATF screeds supplied and installed over 186m3 of Gyvlon Thermio on top of UFH. A great combination for an ultra modern and efficient building. With a total area of 4136m2 we completed this in four visits. Each visit consisted of three days prep work and two days screeding. We used our new BREMAT S4.15 to carry out the project which saved the client several weeks on program.

A new Extra Care in Manchester consisting of 88 one and two bedroom apartments for affordable rent, and 10 two bedroom bungalows for shared ownership. ATF Screeds installed just over 7500m2 of Gyvlon Eco. We installed PIR insulation to the ground floor and 6mm Isorubber to the upper floors.
