ATF Screeds are a family run business with over 50 years combined experience in the construction industry.
We are one of the fastest growing screeding contractors in the UK and pride ourselves in having built a reputable company, working with some of the industry leading main contractors and developers.
We are based in the Midlands, travelling nationwide to provide Traditional screed, Fast drying screed, Flow screeds, Under Floor Heating, Concretes, Membranes, Insulation and Acoustic insulations. We currently have projects ranging from £10k to £1,000,000.
Our Experience
ATF Screeds offer a range of Screed ,Under Floor Heating and Insulation packages. With a wealth of experience, knowledge and commitment to planning and delivering. We pride ourselves on working alongside the main contractor to achieve a competitive and suitable floor screed package. We work closely with our clients and suppliers to consistently deliver high standards of work. We share our specialist knowledge to ensure we deliver projects exceeding expectations – quality and professionalism assured.
OUR SECTORS
Health Sector
Ratby Medical Centre, Key Construction.
A new and modern, up to date GP practice premises with 10 consulting rooms. ATF Screeds installed 860m2 of 75mm PIR insulation and 50mm Gyvlon Eco. We used our BREMAT S4.15 to pour this in one day.
Education Sector
Bowbrook Primary & SEND School. Bowmer & Kirkland
A new Primary school and a new Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) School at Squinter Pip Way, Bowbrook. ATF Screeds installed 1500m2 of Isocrete K screed. A successful project for the company delivering on time and in line with construction program.
Residential Sector
Lime Gardens, William Davis Homes
A luxury new development consisting of 70 with a mixture of 3–5-bedroom homes. ATF Screeds are currently installing 175mm HP70 Jablite Insulation and 50mm Gyvlon Eco. This is one of three sites we have on going with William Davis Homes.
Commercial Sector
OAS Culham Science Centre , McLaughlin and Harvey
Construction of the new Oxfordshire Advanced Skills (OAS) apprentice training facility. ATF Screeds installed 775m2 of 75mm Traditional Sand & Cement Fibre Screed & 50mm Jablite HP100
