All the Gyvlon Screed Range have a high recycled content with the Binder being 98% Recycled. Meaning that these products offer a significant saving on Co2 Against other screed options. Products can be laid thinner than other traditional and flowing screeds on the market and is quicker to install due to its pumping capabilities.
Cemfloor is a BBA Approved, high performance cement based, free flowing, self-compacting liquid screed and is suitable for a variety of applications.
Cemfloor provides all the advantages normally associated with liquid screeds. The most obvious is that Cemfloor can be installed at least ten times as fast as traditional screeds – over 2000m² has been installed in a day. Generally, Cemfloor is installed at thinner sections and so saves weight and provides the opportunity to improve thermal performance of the building by using thicker insulation. Cemfloor works extremely well with underfloor heating where a combination of the thinner section, much higher thermal conductivity value and the fact that Cemfloor completely wraps and encapsulates the pipes ensures vastly superior efficiency and response from the heating system.
In addition to these benefits Cemfloor provides quicker drying than other liquid screeds and, more importantly, Cemfloor is more tolerant of the often poor drying conditions on sites. This and the fact that there is no laitance to be removed from the surface makes the task of applying vinyl or other surface finishes easier and safer.
Cemfloor has enjoyed enormous growth in UK in the past 5 years since its launch and has gained approximately 15% of the screed market in this short time. With the benefits it brings and the reputation that it has already gained, this is perhaps no great surprise.
The Flowing screed service we provide is quick and efficient with an outstanding finish. We pour all types of domestic and commercial projects. We provide an excellent preparation service to make sure the flow screed is finished to the highest standard. Flow screed has a few key benefits, Flow screed can be laid to a minimum of 40mm. Mass areas can also be completed 1000m2 plus a day (area dependent) ATF have dedicated flow screed teams to work alongside our BREMATS (Mobile Screed Factory) We work together to ensure the best product is used for the project. Having full control of the supply allows us to minimize any downtime and complete jobs as quickly as possible. Visit the BREMAT page to discover how screed quality is controlled.
