Traditional screed is a sand & cement screed mixed at 4:1 ratio with fibres. We use 100% quality cement to give floors the best finish and most strength possible. One benefit of traditional screed is that it can be laid to falls. Our experienced team at ATF understand the importance of mixing the screed correctly. All our Pump operators are trained and competent. We have a large fleet of next generation pumps which are regularly serviced and checked. This helps to prevent any issues on site, allowing our teams to be constantly laying. All of our screeds are installed in line with the British Standards BS8204
FLOWING
Eco: Gyvlons, versatile, robust, environmentally friendly screed, with bay say sizes of up to 800m2 and productivity up to 2000m2 per day. Depths of 35mm Floating (domestic). 40mm (commercial)
Thermio +: The Guaranteed ultra-efficient screed for under-floor heating, with a higher guaranteed thermal conductivity and just 20mm coverage to pipes required. 300m2 Bays with Underfloor heating.
Eco FD: Gyvlon’s Faster Drying screed with early floor covering properties. All the benefits of Gyvlon Eco with added benefits of drying twice as quickly with the product not producing a Laitance.

Finio: The Ultra Thin Unbonded and acoustic solution. Unbonded over polythene at just 20mm depth and 25mm over Acoustic matting
Greener, Thinner, Faster All the Gyvlon Screed Range have a high recycled content with the Binder being 98% Recycled. Meaning that these products offer a significant saving on Co2 Against other screed options. Products can be laid thinner than other traditional and flowing screeds on the market and is quicker to install due to its pumping capabilities.

The Flowing screed service we provide is quick and efficient with an outstanding finish. We pour all types of domestic and commercial projects. We provide an excellent preparation service to make sure the flow screed is finished to the highest standard. Flow screed has a few key benefits, Flow screed can be laid to a minimum of 40mm. Mass areas can also be completed 1000m2 plus a day (area dependent) ATF have dedicated flow screed teams to work alongside our BREMATS (Mobile Screed Factory) We work together to ensure the best product is used for the project.
